After earning his bachelor’s degree, Stephen and his wife relocated from Michigan to Columbus, Ohio, where he launched his career in commercial construction project management.

During his time in Columbus, Stephen had the privilege of managing a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects for some of the regions most esteemed institutions, including Ohio State University, The Columbus Zoo, and Raising Cane’s.

Now residing in sunny Southwest Florida with his wife, three daughters, and their beloved Boston Terrier, Stephen continues to make an impact in both residential and commercial construction. He has collaborated with local and national developers, earning a reputation as a dedicated leader and a results-driven professional.

Recognized for his commitment to excellence, Stephen takes pride in delivering exceptional projects and driving innovation within the industry. His passion for construction runs deep, and he aspires to one day pass on his knowledge and experience to the next generation—perhaps even inspiring one of his daughters to follow in his footsteps.

When not at work, Stephen can be found roaming the aisles of Costco, lifting weights in his garage gym, or playing short order chef to his house full of ladies.
